This course is designed to provide the following skills: classroom management; working in diverse classrooms; communicating with staff, students, and parents; working with special education students. The course will also provide students with a crash course to prepare for the paraprofessional ESSA (Every Student Succeeds Act) requirements exam. Cost of registration includes the ESSA Exam.

Successful completion of the course and exam which meets the ESSA requirements, may lead to employment with a Title 1 school district.
